伊藤氏绯鲤为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目须鲷科的其中一种，分布西太平洋区的日本南部海域，栖息深度23-27米，体长可达12.3公分，生活在中底层海域，属肉食性，可做为食用鱼。
