伊奇克里亚车臣共和国总统，未受普遍承认的伊奇克里亚车臣共和国的国家元首总统。该国是一个在1991年至1999年间几乎控制了整个车臣的独立运动。该国在1997年1月最后一次选举总统。
2007年10月31日，分离主义通讯社“车臣通讯社”报道，伊奇克里亚总统多卡·乌马罗夫宣布成立高加索酋长国并自任埃米尔，从而废除了伊奇克里亚车臣共和国及其总统制度。[1]
