企岭下海（英语：Kei Ling Ha Hoi），又称三㖊海（英语：Three Fathoms Cove），是位于香港新界西贡北近企岭下的一个海域，三面环山，西面是西沙路十四乡一带；南面有鸡公山；而东面则为石屋山山脊；北面连接吐露港及赤门。

邻近企岭下海，有十四乡、榕树澳和深涌等村落。企岭下海中“企岭”是指马鞍山，企岭下海的意思就是马鞍山下的海。
