人民防卫军（缅甸语：ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော်，罗马化：Pyithú Kakwaeyè Tatmădaw，直译：“人民防卫武装力量”；英语：People's Defense Force，简称PDF），另译人民保卫军、人民国防军等，是缅甸民族团结政府于2021年5月5日组建的军事组织，民族团结政府表示此军队将会成为未来的缅甸联邦军[5][6]，在其成立三天（5月8日）后即被缅甸军政府定性为恐怖组织[7][8]。当地时间5月29日，缅甸少数民族地方武装钦民族阵线（Chin National Front）正式宣布加入缅甸人民防卫军，这也是缅甸首个加入该组织的少数民族地方武装。
2021年10月，民族团结政府国防部宣布成立中央委员会，协调全国各地的军事行动[9]。根据民族团结政府的声明，人民防卫军分为五个师（北部、南部、中部、东部、西部），每个师至少有三个旅，每个旅由五个营组成，每个营又分为四个连[10]。 2021年7月13日，民族团结政府国防部部长吴耶孟表示新组建的民兵力量预计达到8,000人[11]。
