交换条件
交换条件（拉丁语：quid pro quo，字面意思是“以物换物”[1]、对价关系），是拉丁语法学词汇，指为达到某些目的或得到某些物品或服务所付出的代价。
在美国劳工法，如果上司以性关系作为对下属升迁安排的“交换条件”，便足以构成交换条件式的性骚扰。[2]政治人物收受政治献金，当选后对捐献者作出某些有利的行为，这交换条件在某些地区会被视作贿赂。[3]
