《乱中日记》是朝鲜王朝将领李舜臣从1592年1月1日至1598年11月17日期间的日记，记载了壬辰倭乱期间的事情。整部史料共9卷，其中日记7册、书柬帖1册、壬辰状草1册。
1962年12月20日，乱中日记以“李忠武公乱中日记附书简帖壬辰状草”（韩语：이순신 난중일기 및 서간첩 임진장초／李舜臣 亂中日記 및 書簡帖 壬辰狀草）的名字，被韩国政府列为国宝第76号。2013年6月18日，被列为世界纪录遗产[1]。
