乌拉圭河（西班牙语：Río Uruguay，发音为/uɾuˈɣwaj/；葡萄牙语：Rio Uruguai，[uɾuˈgwaj]）是南美洲的一条河流。为拉普拉塔河的支流。自北向南流经巴西、阿根廷和乌拉圭三国。总长约1500公里。乌拉圭河也是巴西与阿根廷及阿根廷与乌拉圭的界河。就长度就算，乌拉圭河是世界第76大河流。
