女同性恋、男同性恋、双性恋与跨性别者在乌兹别克的权益不受法律保障。根据1994年通过的刑法典，在乌兹别克，男性同性性行为是非法行为，最高可被判处三年有期徒刑，但女性同性性行为则合法[1]。
