主动脉瘤
主动脉瘤（英语：Aortic aneurysm）是指主动脉的血管因为血管壁的异常而出现的扩张（Aorta aneurysmal dilation）[1]。
病理
主动脉瘤的成因很多，可能的原因有：高血压、动脉硬化、血管老化等，大致可分成下列三个类型[1]：
- 真性主动脉瘤
- 假性主动脉瘤
- 主动脉夹层
