中银集团人寿保险有限公司（英语：BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited），简称中银人寿（英语：BOC Life），是一间香港保险公司，主要在香港提供人寿保险服务。
中银集团人寿于1997年由中银集团保险有限公司成立，于1998年2月正式开业。2006年，中银香港控股以9亿港元购入中银集团人寿51%的股权。[1]
中银香港2013年保险业务净服务费及佣金收入达港币12.85亿元。2017年获得人民币业务杰出大奖中客户服务和万用寿险两项。
