中赤道州（英语：Central Equatoria）旧称杰贝勒河州（英语：Bahr al Jabal），是南苏丹的10个州之一，位于该国南部，南邻乌干达和刚果民主共和国。面积22,956平方千米，人口为334,827人（2006年），^[1]首府朱巴，下分6县。

第二次苏丹内战后由南苏丹管理。
