FC中央于2012年7月成立，由特立尼达前国脚宾特·辛祖成立，成立球会旨在令球会成为一支高荣誉的球会，亦是社区中活跃的一支球会。在球会首季，他们完成了12项目的设计，以将足球推广至社区。在2012年8月13日，前阿仙奴名宿及英格兰国脚格拉咸·历斯成为球队史上首位领队，但他只在任教5个月便回国，球会改由泰利·芬域克执教。
2015年，他们首次赢得职业联赛冠军。
