东卡罗尔堂区
东卡罗尔堂区（英语：East Carroll Parish）是美国路易斯安那州东北部的一个堂区。北邻阿肯色州，东隔密西西比河与密西西比州相望。面积1,146平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口9,421，当中67.29%为非裔美国人（故是民主党估优势的县）。治所莱克普罗维登斯。
1877年由卡罗尔县分割而成，堂区名纪念查尔斯·卡罗尔，《美国独立宣言》签署者中唯一的天主教徒及最晚去世者。
