世界贸易组织第四次部长级会议

世界贸易组织第四次部长级会议是世界贸易组织举行的两年一度部长级会议，于2001年11月9日至11月14日在卡塔尔首都多哈举行。

第四次部长级会议取得的最大成果，是启动多哈回合贸易谈判或称“多哈回合”的新一轮多边贸易谈判。会议亦批准 中华人民共和国及 中华民国（以台澎金马个别关税领域名义）分别加入世界贸易组织。会议结束前通过包括《部长宣言》等共3项文件。
