不明空中现象专案小组 （英文：Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force，缩写UAPTF）是美国海军情报办公室内的一个计划，用于“标准化收集和报告”不明空中现象目击事件，有时也称为不明飞行物体(UFO)。该计划在2020年6月美国参议院情报特别委员会的听证会上进行了详细说明。[3][4][5]
历史
2017年12月，尽管先进航空航天威胁识别计划于2012年解散，但美国国防部证实存在用于收集军事不明飞行物体目击数据的防御计划。与其前身计划一样，不明空中现象专案小组由负责管理情报的美国国防部副部长与美国海军情报办公室合作。
在2020年6月的参议院听证会之后，美国参议员马可·鲁比奥要求公布美国海军收集的不明飞行器的影片片段，包括五角大厦不明飞行物体影片。[6][7]
2020年6月24日，美国国会参议院情报特别委员会投票要求美国情报界和美国国防部公开其追踪和分析的在不明飞行物体上收集的数据。[8]工作组的报告将在情报授权法案通过后180天提交给情报委员会。[9][10]
计划公告
该计划于2020年8月4日由美国国防部副部长大卫·诺奎斯特正式批准，并于2020年8月14日宣布。“该专案小组的任务是检测、分析和编目可能对美国国家安全构成威胁的不明空中现象。”2021年6月25日开始进行初步的评估。[11][12]
