下议院领袖（英语：Leader of the House of Commons），乃英国内阁阁员，负责安排政府的下议院事务。此职位过往由首相兼任，但近年通常由枢密院议长兼任。
2003年起，下议院领袖一职改由枢密院议长或其他大臣兼任。
下议院通常花费一定时间讨论政府事务（如审议政府引入的法令，发表官员声明等）。下议院领袖与执政党首席党鞭（Chief Whip）负责组织政府事务，为讨论非政府事务抽出时间，并在每个星期的星期三公布下星期议程。
