下线

下线（英语：Tape-out, Tapeout）一词指的是集成电路（IC）或印刷电路板（PCB）设计的最后步骤，也就是送交制造。

在工业生产领域，“下线”指的是产品完成生产线组装制造的过程，离开生产线。

简介

今日的IC设计过程需使用到各种电子设计自动化工具，经过漫长且复杂的模拟跟验证之后，才能够将设计好的电路交由半导体器件制造的工厂（晶圆厂）生产，称之为“下线”。因此在业界当中，这个词或多或少也包含了一些设计大功告成的祝贺意味在。
