上加拿大叛乱是1837年叛乱中的一场短暂的战役，发生在加拿大南部和美国北部之间的大湖区。一群自称为爱国猎手的人组成了一支民兵组织，曾企图占领两国的一些城市和堡垒等，但爱国猎手很快被两国的政府联手打败。

对比起下加拿大的战事，上加拿大叛乱的规模并不算大，所以对整场1837年叛乱的影响亦较为有限。

1837年12月5日，在上加拿大叛乱的最后阶段，威廉·莱昂·麦肯齐于尼亚加拉河中的海军岛（英语：Navy Island）上宣布建立加拿大共和国。
