三尖中兽科（Triisodontidae）是已灭绝的一科中爪兽目。三尖中兽科都生存于古新世的北美洲。[1]三尖中兽科是继恐龙灭绝后，北美洲最先出现的大型掠食哺乳动物。[2]牠们有较不进化的牙齿，这是与其他中爪兽目不同的地方。[3]
由于三尖中兽科的牙齿较为简单，牠们被认为是中爪兽目的基底。一些学者将三尖中兽科看为踝节目，或甚至是熊犬科，而非中爪兽目。
