《三国志VII》（日版名：三國志VII，英文版名：Romance of the Three Kingdoms VII）是一款由光荣公司制作的历史策略游戏。本游戏为三国志系列的第七代作品。本游戏于2000年8月31日在PlayStation 2日本地区发行，于2002年6月25日在PlayStation 2北美地区发行。[1]
本作有史实、演义登场武将520名，为三国志本传系列角色扮演第一作，加上自创登录武将100名，能操控的角色达620位。
威力加强版增加简短剧本模式、自创宝物功能。此外还有新的战术模拟模式。
PlayStation 2版本中含有威力加强版内容。
