Nestor Ivanovych Makhno[a] (7 tháng 11 [lịch cũ 26 tháng 10] năm 1888 – 25 tháng 7 năm 1934), biệt danh Bat'ko Makhno ("Cha Makhno"),[b] là một nhà cách mạng vô trị chủ nghĩa người Ukraina, và là thủ lĩnh Nghĩa quân Cách mạng Ukraina thời nội chiến Ukraina (1917-1921).

Tên họ "Makhno" (tiếng Ukraina: Махно́) là một dạng viết lái của tên họ của cha Nestor, "Mikhnenko" (tiếng Ukraina: Міхненко).[1] - ^ tiếng Ukraina: Бáтько Махно́; [ˈbɑtʲko mɐxˈnɔ]
Theo Alexandre Skirda, người Cossack Zaporozhia có tục gọi các thủ lĩnh quân sự được tiến cử bằng danh hiệu Bat'ko. Vì Makhno vẫn còn trẻ khi được ban cái tên Bat'ko, cách dịch "Cha" ở đây có lẽ chưa hoàn toàn chính xác. Makhno cũng không phải là người duy nhất giữ danh hiệu Bat'ko ở Ukraina bởi lẽ trong hàng ngũ Makhnovshchyna cũng có một số Bat'ko khác.[2]
