Polonii (Popolonium latinan kelel) om 84nz' himine element himižiden elementoiden periodižes tabludes. Sen sijaduz om kudendestoštkümnendes gruppas (vanhtunuden klassifikacijan mödhe — kudenden gruppan päalagruppas, VIA), tabluden kudendes periodas.

Pol'šanmalaižed himikad Pjer Küri da Marija Sklodovskaja-Küri löuziba ut elementad urankivendos (0,1 mg tonnas) i saiba puhtast polonijad ezmäižen kerdan vl 1898. Polonii om nimitadud Pol'šanman mödhe (latinan kelel: Polonia), se oli Sklodovskaja-Kürin tatanma.

Polonii da kaik sen ühtnendad oma morijad lujas!

Fizižed ičendad

Polonii om pehmed korgedradioaktivine hobedaižvauged metalloid (pol'metall), lämbitase lujas ičeze radiacijan tagut. Kubine klassine kristalline segluz om üks'jäine mugoine elementoiden keskes madalal lämudel, se kändase romboedrižeks +36 C° lämudel.

Atommass — 208,9824. Ninevuz (normaližiš arvoimižiš) — 9,32 g/sm³. Suladandlämuz — 527 K (254 C°). Kehundlämuz — 1235 K (962 C°).

Elemental ei ole stabiližid izotopoid. Tetas 33 ratud izotopad 188..220 atommassanke, i niiden 28 izomärad. Kaikiš hätkembad izotopad oma 209Po-izotop 125,2 ± 3,3 vot pol'čihodamižen pordonke, 208Po (T½=2,9 vot) i polonii-210 (138,37 päiväd). Kaikiš hätkembad eläjad izomärad oma 201mPo (T½= 8,9 minutad) i 199mPo (4,17 minutad). Izotopad čihotas α-čihodamižen (izotopad 186..189, 210..214, 216), α- i β-čihodamižen (izotopad 190..209, 215, 217..219) vai β-čihodamižen kal't (izotopad 220..222). Izotopad nomer 186..189, 210..214, 216 kändasoiš hahktinaks, izotopad 190..209 — vismutaks i hahktinaks, nomerad 215, 217..219 — astataks i hahktinaks, izotopad 220..222 — astataks.

Himižed ičendad

Metall muigotub il'mas teravas, sädab nenid hapandusid: polonijan dioksid (РоО2)x i monooksid РоО. Muigotandmärad: −2, +2, +4, +6, tobjimalaz +2 i +4.

Sädab tetragalogenidoid reagiruiden galogenidenke. Reakcijas muiktusidenke lähteb segoiteshe ruskedvauvhiden Ро2+-kationiden sädandanke:

Ku polonii segoitase solmuiktuses magnijan olendanke, ka polonovezinik sädase:

Ottas kävutamižhe polonijad kosmosladimiden energetikas. Polonii-210 om lämän kaikiš effektivižemb purde, lämbitase da sulab ičeze α-radiočihodamižespäi, sikš pidab kaita sidä hahktinas. Polonijan pätegii om Venäma (mail'man tehmižen 98 %).

Sadas atomreaktoriš vismutad sädegoiten. Strategine metall, kaik sen sirdandad kaitas i alištudas kirjutusile.
