Zestafoni yoki Zestaponi (gruzincha: ზესტაფონი, Georgian pronunciation: [zestʼɑpʰoni]) — Gʻarbiy Jorjiyadagi Zestafoni tumanining maʼmuriy markazi hisoblanadi. Zestafoni Gruziyaning tarixiy qismi Imereti provinsiyasi tarkibiga kiruvchi Margveti markazidir. Zestafoni — Gruziya pravoslav cherkovining Margveti yeparxiyasining markazi boʻlgan. Zestafoni Kolxida platosining eng uzoq sharqida joylashgan.

1820-yillarda shaharchaga kazaklar qoʻshini joylashtirilgan edi. Lekin u orqali oʻtadigan daryo nomi bilan „Kvirila“ deb atalgan. Rossiya imperiyasi davrida shahar Kutaisi gubernatorligidagi Shorapani uyezdining maʼmuriy markazi hisoblangan. 1920-yillarda nom mashhur inqilobchi nomi bilan yaʼni „Jugeli“ ga oʻzgartirilgan. Faqat oz vaqt oʻtgach, shahar oʻzining tarixiy nomini qaytarib olgan[1].
