Qayseri — Turkiyadagi shahar, Anadolu yassitogʻligining markaziy qismida joylashgan. Qayseri elining maʼmuriy markazi. Aholisi 524,8 ming kishi (2000). Transport yoʻllarining muhim chorrahasi. Yirik ip gazlama kti, samolyotsozlik, kimyo zdlari mavjud. Oziq-ovqat, yogʻochsozlik sanoatlari rivojlangan. Qoʻrgʻoshinrux zavodi ishlab turibdi. Q. gilam toʻqishning qadimiy markazlaridan. Arxeologiya muzeyi bor. Meʼmoriy yodgorliklardan 12—16-asrlarga oid juda koʻp masjid, madrasa, maqbaralar saqlangan.
