Menua — Urartu podshosi (miloddan avvalgi taxminan 810—786/781 yil), Ishpuini oʻgʻli. M. davrida Urartu podsholigining qoʻshinlari Zakavkazyega, Diauxlar qabilasi yurtiga, shuningdek, Urmiya koʻli atroflari va Shimoliy Mesopotamiyaga bosqinchilik yurishlari uyushtirganlar. M. katta bunyodkorlik ishlari olib borgan. M. oʻziga yangi qarorgoh — Menuaxinili shahrini qurdirgan. Otasi va oʻzining hukmronligi davrida Tushpa shahri (Van)da qurilishlar qilingan. M. mashhur Semiramida kanalini qayta taʼmirlab, uni Van shahriga tomon oqizgan. M. davridan bizgacha 100 dan ortiq Urartu mixxat yozuvlari saqlangan.[1]
