SHartli franshiza – agar zarar summasi franshiza summasidan oshmasa, sugʻurtalanuvchi mustaqil ravishda zararni qoplaydi, agar zarar miqdori franshizadan oshsa, zarar sugʻurtalovchi tomonidan toʻla qoplab beriladi. SHartsiz franshiza – franshiza summasi har qanday holatda ham chegirib qolinadi. Franshiza sugʻurta summasidan maʼlum foiz yoki summa koʻrinishida belgilanadi.
