Трилофозух (Trilophosuchus) — вимерлий крокодил, що мешкав в Австралії у міоцені. Описано один вид — Trilophosuchus rackhami. Він належить до вимерлої підродини мекозухій (Mekosuchinae), що існувала в Австралії та Океанії з олігоцену та вимерла у плейстоцені до приходу перших людей. Описаний по частині черепа, що був знайдений у 1985 році у формуванні Ringtail Site в штаті Квінсленд фахівцями Університету Нового Південного Уельсу. Знахідка датується віком 20 млн років. Голотип зберігається у Музеї Квінсленду.[1]
Трилофозух відомий лише по неповних рештках черепа. Оціночна довжина тіла становить 1,5 м. Тварина мала відносно коротку морду та невелике тіло. Крім того є ряд анатомічних характеристик, що відрізняють його від інших видів. Це і своєрідна будова зубів, і потрійний ряд гребенів на спині, що тянувся від основи голови.
