Чиңге-тараа (орус. "просо") – чаңгыс чылдыг үнүш, сывы дорт, бүрүзү узун чиңге. Чиңге-тараа дээрге, шагдан бээр-ле тарып ажыглап келген, тываларның эки чеми-ле болгай. Ону кижи чииринден аңгыда, янзы-бүрү мал чемгереринге база ажыглап турар. Оон кадык, быдаа дээн ышкаш чемнерни кылыр. Ооң чемиштиг тургузуунда крахмал — 81%, белоктар — 12%, үс — 3,5%, клетчатка — 1 %, минералдыг бүдүмелдер, витамин В1, калийлиг дустар дээш өске-даа бүдүмелдер бар. Чиңге-тарааны чүрек, хан-дамыр аарыгларының үезинде, өл-шыктан тыптыр аарыгларга ажыглап турар.
