Иннокентий Георгиевич Сафьянов (сентябрь 25 1873, Иркутск − февраль 1953, Солнечногорск, Московская область) — революсчу, хамаатылар дайынының киржикчизи, хостуг Тываның үндезилекчилериниң бирээзи. Иннокентий Георгиевич Тывага болгаш тываның чурттакчыларынга тоолчургу кижи деп санатынып турар.
Тоолчургу кижи деп санатынынп турары дээрге, ол 17 хүнүнде август айда 1921 чылда бүгү хошууннарның съездизинге Тываның адын солуур деп айтырыгны көдурген - Урянхай деп атты Танну-Тува улус (ТНР) деп атка солуур деп айтырыгны үндурген.
1920 чылдың сентябрь 16-да X съездиге Иннокентий Сафьянов Белоцарск хоорайны Кызыл хоорай кылдыр адын өскертир айтырыгны ажык бадылаашкынче үндүрген. Съездиниң киржикчилери Сафьяновтуң көдүрген айтырыын шупту деткээн.
Иннокентий Сафьянов тыва дылды билир турган - ол болза Сафьяновтуң бижиктеринден илдең.
