William Reibert Mapother, Jr. (d. 17 Nisan 1965), Amerikalı oyuncu ve öğretmen. En çok Lost dizisindeki Ethan Rom karakteri ile bilinmektedir.Louisville, Kentucky'de doğan Mapother'in Amy ve Katherine isimli iki kız kardeşi var. Ayrıca Mapother, ünlü oyuncu Tom Cruise'un kuzenidir.
