Sagar Adası

Sagar Adası Hindistan'da Batı Bengal eyaletinin batısında kalan ada. Ganj deltasının batı ucu ile Hugli Irmağı'nın ağız kısmında yer alır, anakaradan ırmağa ait kollardan biriyle ayrılır. Hindular adayı kutsal kabul etmektedir. Aynı zamanda yaygınca bilinen hac merkezlerindendir ve her yıl üç gün süren arınma törenleri yapılır.[1]
