Montana (Bulgarca: Монтана) veya Slavlarca ilk yerleştikleri zamandaki adıyla Kutlu Viçe (Bulgarca: Кутловица Kutlovitsa), Osmanlı dönemindeki Türkçe adıyla Kutlofça/Kutlofçe, Bulgaristan'ın kuzeybatısında bir şehirdir.
Montana ilinin idari merkezidir. Balkan Dağları'nın kuzey yamacına, Ogotsa Nehri'nin kenarına kurulmuştur. Tuna Nehri'ne 50, Sırbistan sınırına 30 kilometre mesafededir.
