İtalya Mareşali (İtalyanca: Maresciallo d'Italia) İtalya Kraliyet Ordusu'nda (Regio Esercito) bir rütbeydi. İtalyan diktatör Benito Mussolini tarafından 1924 yılında oluşturulan rütbe, başlangıçta General Luigi Cadorna ve Armando Diaz'ı onurlandırmak amacıyla verilmiştir. 1926'dan 1943'e kadar birkaç generale daha verildi. Rütbe, 1938 yılında İmparatorluğun Birinci Mareşal rütbesi oluşturulmasından önce İtalyan Ordusunda en yüksek rütbeydi. İtalya Mareşali rütbesi 1946'da İtalyan Cumhuriyeti'nin kurulmasıyla kaldırıldı. Eşdeğer Kraliyet Donanması (Regia Marina) rütbesi Büyük Amiral (Grande Ammiraglio) iken, eşdeğer Hava Kuvvetleri (Regia Aeronautica) rütbesi Hava Kuvvetleri Mareşali (Maresciallo dell'Aria) idi. Hepsi İtalyan Cumhuriyeti Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde kaldırıldı.[1]
