Relikya

Relikaryo at bungo ni San Ivo ng Kermartin (St. Yves o St. Ives), (1253–1303) sa Tréguier, Bretanya, Pransiya

Sa relihiyon, ang isang relikya ay karaniwang binubuo ng mga pisikal na labi ng isang santo o pinarangalang tao na pinapanatili para sa mga layunin ng pagsamba bilang isang materyal na alaala. Ang mga labi ay isang mahalagang aspekto ng ilang mga anyo ng Budismo, Kristiyanismo, Hinduismo, Islam, Shamanismo, at maraming pang relihiyon. Ang relic ay nagmula sa Latin reliquiae, na nangangahulugang "labi", at isang anyo ng relinquere isang Latin na pandiwa, nangangahulugang upang "iwan, o talikuran". Ang isang relikaryo ay isang dambanangnaglalaman ng isa o higit pang mga relikiyang panrelihiyon.
