Ang Kastelbell-Tschars (Italyano: Castelbello-Ciardes [kaˌstɛlˈbɛllo ˈtʃardes]) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigang Awtonomo ng Bolzano, hilagang Italya, rehiyong ng Trentino-Alto Adigio, na matatagpuan mga 40 kilometro (25 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Bolzano.
