เมซีเย 3 (อังกฤษ: Messier 3) หรือที่รู้จักกันดีในชื่อ เอ็ม3 หรือ เอ็นจีซี 5272 เป็นกระจุกดาวทรงกลมที่ตั้งอยู่ในกลุ่มดาวสุนัขล่าเนื้อทางซีกฟ้าเหนือ ห่างจากโลกประมาณ 33,920 ปีแสง[ต้องการอ้างอิง]
ชาร์ล เมซีเย ค้นพบเมซีเย 3 ในวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1764 เดิมเขาเข้าใจว่าเป็นเนบิวลา ต่อมาวิลเลียม เฮอร์เชล ได้สรุปว่าเป็นกระจุกดาวเมื่อประมาณ ค.ศ. 1784[9] โซลอน เออร์วิง เบลีย์ ค้นพบดาวแปรแสงหลายดวงตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. 1913 เป็นต้นมา ตั้งแต่นั้นมาเมซีเย 3 ได้กลายเป็นหนึ่งในกระจุกดาวทรงกลมที่ได้รับการศึกษาค้นคว้ามากที่สุด
