เทศกาลภาพยนตร์กาน (อังกฤษ: Cannes Film Festival; ฝรั่งเศส: Festival de Cannes) เป็นเทศกาลภาพยนตร์ที่มีมาตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. 1946 ถือเป็นเทศกาลภาพยนตร์ที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลกเทศกาลหนึ่ง และมีอิทธิพลรวมทั้งชื่อเสียงมากที่สุดเทียบเคียงกับเทศกาลภาพยนตร์นานาชาติเวนิสและเทศกาลภาพยนตร์นานาชาติเบอร์ลิน งานจัดขึ้นทุกปี ราวเดือนพฤษภาคม ที่ Palais des Festivals et des Congrès ในเมืองกาน ทางตอนใต้ของประเทศฝรั่งเศส
