ภาวะภูมิไวเกิน (อังกฤษ: Hypersensitivity) หมายถึงอาการอันไม่พึงปรารถนาซึ่งก่อให้เกิดขึ้นโดยระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน เช่น โรคภูมิแพ้ หรือ ภาวะแพ้ภูมิตัวเอง โดยอาการเหล่านี้อาจสร้างความไม่สบายตัว, การป่วยไข้ หรือในบางครั้งอาจทำให้เสียชีวิตได้ อาการเหล่านี้มักจะต้องถูกกระตุ้นไปยังระบบภูมิคุ้มกันก่อนเสมอ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ตามการจัดเรียงของ พี.เอช.จี. เกล และ โรบิน คูมบ์ส ในปี พ.ศ. 2506[1]
