บารังไก (ฟิลิปปินส์: barangay; ย่อเป็น Brgy. หรือ Bgy.) อดีตมีชื่อว่า barrio (ย่อเป็น Bo.) เป็นหน่วยการปกครองท้องถิ่นที่เล็กที่สุดในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ และเป็นศัพท์ฟิลิปิโนที่มีความหมายว่าหมู่บ้าน, อำเภอ หรือเขต ในเขตปริมณฑลมักใช้คำนี้สื่อถึงย่านเมืองชั้นใน ชานเมือง หรือย่านชานเมือง[5] บารังไก มาจากคำว่า balangay ชนิดของเรือที่ชาวออสโตรนีเซียใช้ตอนอพยพไปอยู่ในหมู่เกาะฟิลิปปินส์[6]
