บรูซ เฟรเดริก โจเซ็พ สปริงส์ทีน (อังกฤษ: Bruce Frederick Joseph Springsteen) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1949 เป็นนักร้องชาวอเมริกัน นักแต่งเพลง นักกีตาร์ เจ้าของสมญานาม “The Boss” หรือนายใหญ่แห่งวงการอเมริกันร็อก
