นกจมูกหลอดยักษ์ขั้วโลกใต้ (อังกฤษ: Macronectes giganteus หรือ Southern Giant Petrel หรือ Antarctic Giant Petrel หรือ Giant Fulmar หรือ Stinker หรือ Stinkpot) เป็นนกทะเลขนาดใหญ่ของมหาสมุทรตอนใต้ ถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยคาบกันเป็นส่วนใหญ่กับนกจมูกหลอดยักษ์ตอนเหนือ แต่มีศูนย์กลางค่อนไปทางใต้เล็กน้อย นกใหญ่ของสองสปีชีส์นี้แยกได้โดยสีของปลายจะงอยปาก ออกเขียวในนกจมูกหลอดยักษ์ขั้วโลกใต้ และออกแดงในนกตอนเหนือ
