กองทัพบกอิรัก (อาหรับ: القوة البرية العراقية; อังกฤษ: Iraqi Army) มีชื่อทางการว่า กองกำลังภาคพื้นดินอิรัก (القوات البرية العراقية; Iraqi Ground Forces) เป็นกองกำลังภาคพื้นดินและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกองทัพทุกเหล่าทัพของอิรัก และมีบทบาทต่อชาติอิรักมากโดยเฉพาะในช่วงคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 20 ถึง 21

เดิมกองทัพบกอิรักสมัยใหม่ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยสหราชอาณาจักรในสมัยระหว่างสงครามของการควบคุมอำนาจของอิรักในอาณัติโดยพฤตินัยของอังกฤษ ภายหลังการบุกครองโดยกองกำลังของสหรัฐอเมริกาในปี พ.ศ. 2546 กองทัพบกอิรักก็ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นใหม่อีกครั้งตามแบบอเมริกันซึ่งมีกองกำลังช่วยจำนวนมหาศาลจากสหรัฐอเมริกาในทุกระดับ เนื่องจากการจลาจลในอิรักซึ่งเริ่มต้นอย่างช้าๆ ภายหลังจากการบุกครองในครั้งนั้น^[2][3] และภายหลังจากการถอนกองกำลังทหารของสหรัฐอเมริกาในปี พ.ศ. 2554 กองกำลังทั้งหมดของอิรักก็มีหน้าที่ในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของประเทศอย่างเต็มที่^[4] บทความหนึ่งในหนังสือพิมพ์นิวยอร์กไทมส์ได้กล่าวไว้ว่า ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2547 จนถึง 2557 นั้น ทางสหรัฐอเมริกาได้จัดเตรียมกองกำลังอิรักโดยใช้งบประมาณกว่า 25 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐจากกระทรวงการคลังของอิรักสำหรับการฝึกฝนและเครื่องแต่งกาย^[5]
