Ҳуқуқи асосӣ (англ. Constitutional law), ҳуқуқи конститусионӣ (русӣ: конституцио́нное пра́во) — яке аз барҷастатарин шохаҳои илми ҳуқуқ ва зермаҷмӯъа ҳуқуқи умумӣ ва муҳиммтарин бахш аз ҳуқуқи дохилӣ аст, ки дар он аз сохтори ҳукумат дар сатҳ калон, режими сиёсии он, вазифаҳо ва ихтиёроти унсурҳои ташкилдиҳандаи ҳукумат аз сӯе ва равобити ҳукумату шаҳрвандон ва ҳуқуқу озодиҳои бунёдини шаҳрвандон аз сӯи дигар сухан гуфта мешавад.[1] Ҳуқуқи асосе, ки ҳуқуқи сиёсӣ низ хонда мешавад, куллияи қавоиде аст, ки вазъу шакли ҳукумати як миллатро муайян намуда, аъзои роҳбарӣ ва қувваҳои муҳимми мамликатро ташкил медиҳад ва ҳамчунин равобити мутақобил қувваҳи мазбурро баён карда ва ҳудуди онҳоро нисбат ба афроди миллат маълум мекунад.
Дар ҳуқуқи асосӣ, равиши зарурии танзими равобити иҷтимоъӣ ҳоким аст ва бештари қоидаҳои марбут ба равобити қудрат ҳатмӣ ё боздоранда аст[1].
