மிதிவெடிகள் தடைக்கான பன்னாட்டு இயக்கம் அல்லது கண்ணிவெடிகள் தடைக்கான பன்னாட்டு இயக்கம் (International Campaign to Ban Landmines ICBL) தனிநபரெதிர்ப்பு மிதிவெடிகளையும் கொத்துக் குண்டுகளையும் இல்லாத உலகிற்காகவும் இவ்வெடிகளால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் உரிமைகள் காக்கப்படவும் அவர்களுக்கு முழுமையான வாழ்வு அமையவும் பாடுபடும் அரசு சார்பற்ற அமைப்புகளின் கூட்டணியாகும்.
1992ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஒருபோன்ற மனித உரிமைகள் கண்காணிப்பகம், பன்னாட்டு மெடிகோ, பன்னாட்டு மாற்றுத் திறனாளர் அமைப்பு, மனித உரிமைகளுக்கான மருத்துவர்கள், அமெரிக்க முன்னாள் வியத்நாம் வீரர்கள் சங்கம், மிதிவெடி பரிந்துரைக் குழு உள்ளிட்ட ஆறு அமைப்புகள் தங்கள் பொதுவான இலக்குகளை எட்ட ஒருங்கிணைந்து செயல்பட உடன்பட்டன. அப்போது உருவான இக்கூட்டணி வளர்ந்து 100 நாடுகளில் செயல் உறுப்பினர்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது; பெண்கள், குழந்தைகள், முன்னாள் வீரர்கள், சமயக் குழுக்கள், சுற்றுச்சூழலாளர்கள், மனித உரிமையாளர்கள், ஆயுதக் கட்டுப்பாட்டாளர்கள், அமைதி மற்றும் முன்னேற்றம் குறித்து குவியப்படுத்திய குழுக்களாக இவர்கள் இயங்குகின்றனர்.[1] குறிப்பிடதக்கதோர் ஆதரவாளராக டயானா, வேல்ஸ் இளவரசி இருந்தார்.
மிதிவெடி தடுப்பு உடன்பாட்டை (ஒட்டாவா உடன்படிக்கை) உருவாக்குவதில் மேற்கொண்ட முயற்சிகளுக்காக 1997ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்த அமைப்பிற்கும் இதன் நிறுவன ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரான, ஜோடி வில்லியம்சிற்கும் இணையாக அமைதிக்கான நோபல் பரிசு வழங்கப்பட்டது. ஒட்டாவா உடன்படிக்கையின்படி கண்ணிவெடிகளின் பயன்பாடு, தயாரிப்பு, சேமிப்பு, மாற்றுகை தடை செய்யப்படுகின்றது. இந்த உடன்பாடு கண்டமை இந்த இயக்கத்தின் மிகப்பெரும் வெற்றியாக கருதப்படுகின்றது.
