Kastelruth (tyskt uttal: [ˌkastəlˈruˑt]; italienska: Castelrotto [kaˌstɛlˈrotto]; ladinska: Ciastel) är en ort och kommun i Sydtyrolen i norra Italien, cirka 20 km nordöst om Bolzano. Enligt en folkräkning 2011 talar 80,94% av befolkningen tyska, 15,37% ladinska och 3,69% italienska som sitt modersmål.[3]
