Thëllëzat (Partridges) janë shpezë të mesme jo-migratore për gjueti, me një gamë të gjerë të shpërndarjes në të gjithë Botën e Vjetër, duke përfshirë edhe Evropën, Azinë, si dhe pjesët e Afrikës. Nganjëherë ato janë të grupuara në nënfamiljen Perdicinae të fazanëve (phasianidae - fazanët, shkurtëzat, etj.). Në Maqedoni gjenden kudo nëpër vendet e ulëta dhe nëpër fushat, për të cilën shfaqin interes shumë gjuetarë që vizitojnë bazat e gjuetisë së Maqedonisë. [1] [2]
Përshkrimi
[Redakto | Redakto nëpërmjet kodit]Thëllëzat janë zogjë të mesëm të cilët qëndrojnë në mes të fazanit dhe shkurtëzës. Origjina e tyre shtrihet në stepat barishtore të Evropës, Azi, Afrikë dhe Lindjen e Mesme. Ato zakonisht i bëjnë folet tyre në terrene të rajoneve bujqësore dhe kanë një dietë të përbërë nga farat dhe insektet. Llojet më të shpeshta të thëllëza e fushës dhe thëllëza e malit.
