Windows Media Player

Windows Media Player je integrovaný prehrávač multimediálnych súborov v operačných systémoch Windows od firmy Microsoft. Umožňuje prehrávanie zvukových súborov (koncovky aac, mid, mp3, wav) a videosúborov (koncovky avi, mov, mpg, mpeg2, mp4). Novšie verzie Windows Media Playeru umožňujú meniť vzhľad prehrávača pomocou "skinov". V slovenčine existuje pre Windows 9x prehrávač vo verzii 6.4 a pre systémy Windows XP, Vista a novšie vo verzii 11. Veľmi rozšírená verzia tohto prehrávača vo verzii 9 (funkčná na Win9x a Windows XP) však v slovenskej verzii nie je (dostupná je však verzia v českom jazyku).
