Hickson 44, jedna z kompaktných skupín galaxií objavených kanadským astronómom Paulom Hicksonom. Obsahuje štyri výrazné galaxie, NGC 3190, NGC 3187, NGC 3193 a NGC 3185, vo vzdialenosti asi 100 miliónov ly. Podobne ako galaxie v ďalších Hicksonových skupinách, aj tieto galaxie ukazujú známky vzájomnej gravitačnej deformácie, ktorá môže v kozmickej časovej škále skončiť ich splynutím do jednej galaxie. Proces splývania galaxií je v súčasnosti považovaný zo normálnu súčasť vývoja galaxií vrátane tej našej.
