Henry Charles „The Sunflower“ Vestine (* 25. december 1944, Takoma Park, Maryland, USA – † 20. október 1997, Paríž, Francúzsko) bol americký gitarista, člen skupiny Canned Heat. So skupinou bol od jej založenia v roku 1966 do júla 1969. V neskorších rokoch hral v miestnych skupinách, aj keď občas spolupracoval s Canned Heat a nahral s nimi niekoľko skladieb.
