Cytotoxicita závislá od protilátky

Cytotoxicita závislá od protilátky (skr. ADCC, z angl. Antibody-Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity) jeden zo základných systémov obrany organizmu (imunitného systému). Cudzorodý mikroorganizmus alebo poškodená vlastná bunka je označená protilátkami IgG, na ktorú sa tieto naviažu časťou označovanou ako Fab. Na časť IgG smerujúcu voľne od bunky a označovanú ako Fc sa následne viažu bunky imunitného systému, známe pod označením K bunky (z angl. killer - zabijak, vrah) a príslušný mikroorganizmus/bunku zlikvidujú.
